The software emplik is a package for use with R.

The "offical" version of this package is available from the CRAN site.
So you may want to take a look at:  http://cran.r-project.org
Where you can also find binary version for different platforms
(Linux, Windows, Mac).

The version here may be older or newer compared to CRAN.

The code is written entirely in R, so Splus user should be able to
run it without (big) problem.
