Poster Session

On Wednesday, August 12, there will be a poster session from 3:00pm to 3:50pm.
PLEASE let us know asap if you are interested in participating in the poster session.

The poster session is particularly targeted to peridoctoral students who are given the
opportunity to advertise their research among the workshop participants in a very informal,
relaxed but conducive atmosphere. It is our hope that junior researchers will benefit from
this experience by obtaining feedback and suggestions for future lines of investigation
from more experienced researchers. Senior participants interested in contributing a poster
(possibly about a joint project with one of their students) are also welcome.
Send your e-mail correspondence to pasi2009@ms.uky.edu

SUGGESTIONS/DIRECTIONS: We will provide each interested person with a poster board (say,
21x48 inches -- 53x120 centimeters) during the first week of the PASI program. In this way you
will have ample opportunity to assemble your poster. Before coming to Olinda, we suggest that
you prepare the narrative part of your poster using your favorite text editor and print
the various pages, including graphs and pictures, on regular (perhaps colored) paper.
It would be wiser if you bring your 'favorite' scissor, glue, tape, markers from home
as we cannot guarantee that we can provide you with all the supplies that you might want.
