-The homework assignment for section 6.3* should be lengthened. I
need to add 6.3* #63, 65, 67, 69. 

-There will be a handout on mathematical induction on Monday, 27
 February 2004. 

Homework C. Due Friday, 30 January 2004, 
            1. If f(x) = ln x, compute the first four derivatives of
	    f. 
            2. Guess a formula for the nth derivative of f. (Hint:
	    remember that n!= n x (n-1) x (n-2)....2 x 1.)
            3. Prove that your guess is correct using mathematical
	    induction.
