For the computer homework, there is one page limit for each problem.
For extra credits, you may hand-in at least one question from 'Applied
problems and projects (it should not be a part of regular homework
problems below) in each chapters. Hand-in on any of HW due dates.

For n = 5 and 10, find interpolation polynomial with n equally spaced nodes, p(x), and Chebyshev interpolation polynomial, C(x), in [-5, 5]. Submit 1) one plot with f(x) and p(x) together and 2) another with f(x) and C(x) together.
Extra Project due April 28 (worth up to 10 points)
Study, research and write a report on Fourier Series (section 4.3). At leaset two pages for the main body (this may be double sided), 9-11 point font and must include all the rederences of your source.
It most include the concept of Fourier Series, and some examples in section 4.3. In addition, it may include study on Fourier Transformation, Fast Fourier Transformantion, and/or various applications. (not to exceed 8 pages total.)
