Students requiring an alternate exam will need to fill out an alternate exam request form (listed below). According to the rules for Common Hour Exams, a student who has a course scheduled at the same time as an MA 123 exam is entitled to take an alternate exam, provided the student has informed the instructor at least two weeks prior to the exam. If you fail to inform your instructor of exam conflicts in timely manner, a 10 point penalty may be assessed on your exam score and you may be required to take the exam at one of the already scheduled alternate exam times.
