There will be three midterm exams and a final exam.
Each exam is worth 100 points.
You must bring a photo ID to each exam
and you may use a scientific calculator on the exams.
Absolutely no cell phone use is allowed during exams.
The final exam, Exam 4, will be comprehensive.
Tentatively, review sessions will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm using Zoom (a recording will be made available shortly after)
on
Monday September 22, October 20, and November 17.
Exams 1-3 are scheduled in room JSB 121 (Jacobs Science Building).
The final exam will take place from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, December 16, also in room JSB 121 (Jacobs Science Building).
Exam 1: 5:00-7:00 pm, September 23, 2025 (Tuesday).
Covers Lectures 1 through 11.
Exam 2: 5:00-7:00 pm, October 21, 2025 (Tuesday).
Covers Lectures 13 through 21.
Exam 3: 5:00-7:00 pm, November 18, 2025 (Tuesday).
Covers Lectures 22 through 32.
Exam 4: 6:00-8:00 pm, December 16, 2025 (Tuesday).
Comprehensive (covers all Lectures).
Students who have university excused absences or who have university-scheduled class conflicts
with uniform examinations may take an Alternate Exam. You must fill out the Alternate Exam
Request Form and submit it to your instructor at least two weeks before the scheduled exam.

The Alternate Exams for Exams 1-3 are given on the same days (Tuesdays) as the regular exams in room KAS 213
(Kastle Hall) from 7:30 to 10:00 pm (September 23, October 21, November 18).
The two and a half hour exam window is meant to allow for late arrivals due to late labs. The exam is two hours long.
you are entitled to reschedule the final exam of the highest numbered course. If this is the case and MA 137 is the
highest numbered course, the makeup exam will take place on TBA.
You must inform your instructor in advance whether you qualify to take the makeup exam.
